Once the largest flour mill in london spillers now dominates the area of the dock lands adjoining the thames barrier a derelict monster of a building. From the roof 250ft up you can see right across to greenwich and the millennium dome and out across the financial district. clinging on whilst being buffeted by the wind and slipstream of planes passing over the roof to land at the airport next door this place is surprisingly restful with the rippled reflections of industrial vents flickering in the puddles
